Ochatbot’s eCommerce Shopify solution helps customers get their questions answered quickly about how to achieve their health goals. Customers are engaged to help find what they are looking for through a series of questions as well as the ability to type in questions. Ochatbot displays products inside the chatbot window with an option to Add to Cart plus an image, description, and price. The abandoned cart features captures customers when they come back to the site if they have products in the cart or checkout.

The Result

Invigor8 saw orders double and revenues per order triple. Ochatbot’s abandoned cart feature increased revenue generated by the chatbot by 20%. This allowed them to surpass their annual sales goals while also allowing customer support to focus on more complex issues.
